Arsenal Hero Ready For Premier League Return

Thierry Henry, a former Arsenal player, could be set to return to the Premier League as a manager.

According to reports, he could join Everton as an assistant manager in the next days, as the club is in talks with the Belgian FA for their manager and assistant, Roberto Martinez.

Henry has been assisting Martinez with the Belgian national team, and this will continue if the talks are successful.

He has, however, never hidden his desire to one day coach Arsenal.

In March of last year, he told FourFourTwo, “If you ask an Arsenal fan if they’d like to manage Arsenal one day, they’ll answer yes.”

“But it’s a utopia, and I’m not there yet.” Whether you ask me if I’m dreaming, I’ll tell you that I am. When you’re not dreaming, though, you’re awake, and reality exists.

“Would I be interested in coaching Arsenal?” Yes. Would I be interested in visiting Barcelona? Yes. Is it possible for me to play for Arsenal again? I’d want to play for them again, but I’m afraid I won’t be able to.”
