Rob holding was sent off for his bizzare tackle on Heung Min Son but something went wrong during the referee judgement. He didn’t Sanction Son for giving Holding an elbow to his face. That action by Sib already made the tackle on him irrelevant and the Penalty decision Null and Void.

The bizzare Elbow on Rob holding and the Penalty decision following it made Mikel Arteta really angry as he responded to the media (Sky) after the match with the following words.
“You can ask the referee to come in front of the camera & explain his decisions. It’s a shame because such a beautiful game was destroyed today.”
Conte then Responded to Arteta as he noted that the Arsenal manager Complains Alot.
